"Coach Sam did a really good job guiding me with my nutrition journey! My case was to do some body recomposition. We tracked my day to day and tweaked it little by little, since I was maintaining weight anyways. She recommended what to stay away from and more of. This helped me a lot because I’m a vegan and needed to know what to focus on. In my case was to embrace the carbs consumption. Staying within my 5lb spread I was able to drop 2% fat in a stand of 4 months. Consistency is definitely the key when working on your nutrition!"
