Samantha began her fitness journey at the age of 15 years-old. She would often run laps around a lake and workout in her parents’ humble garage gym, where her dad taught her the basics of bodybuilding. In her freshman year of college, Samantha was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, an autoimmune disease that affects the thyroid gland.  Developing an incurable disease forced her to learn how to balance her lifestyle by managing her fitness, nutrition, stress levels, work load, personal life, and mental health. Samantha is now a NCSF certified personal trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Foods and Nutrition. She uses her personal battles with her disease and her vast experience in the field to help clients achieve a healthy, balanced, and sustainable lifestyle while meeting their own personal fitness goals!

Coach Sam did a really good job guiding me with my nutrition journey! My case was to do some body recomposition. We tracked my day to day and tweaked it little by little, since I was maintaining weight anyways. She recommended what to stay away from and more of. This helped me a lot because I’m a vegan and needed to know what to focus on. In my case was to embrace the carbs consumption. Staying within my 5lb spread I was able to drop 2% fat in a stand of 4 months. Consistency is definitely the key when working on your nutrition!

I have been training with Sam for about 3 months now. She has a good understanding of my training goals and has consistently designed programs to meet those goals. She is very knowledgeable in both nutrition and fitness which has allowed her to adjust my programs accordingly as I run into bumps in the road. Sam is a one of a kind coach. She cares deeply for her clients and their health goals. She is goal oriented and passionate about her work. Sam uses a convenient app to help track workouts and goals as well as weekly check ins. I've been working with Sam for only a short period of time but am already seeing incredible differences in my health since starting. She caters to each of her individual clients needs.
